Gîte in the outbuildings of a manor house on the South bank facing the Basilica of St Benoît sur Loire, in a meander of the Loire (UNESCO World Heritage listed), centrally located for visiting the Loire Valley and Sologne. Ground floor: hall, large kitchen, dining area, large lounge, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds). Bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms each (4 single beds), 2 shower rooms, separate toilet. Gas heating included. Enclosed garden. Banks of the Loire 5 min away. On site: 5 rooms for B&B and a room for hire (40 to 50 people) €170 a day + fixed charge for cleaning. Tennis 500 m.
